Andersen Abled and Disabled Associates Partnering Together (AADAPT)
AADAPT (Andersen Abled and Disabled Associates Partnering Together) is committed to empowering the unique experiences, perspectives and viewpoints of Andersen’s disabled community, fueling innovation and connection in the workplace and the communities we serve. We champion equity and inclusion for all living and working with any dimension of disability, Inspiring disabled people and employees with disabled family members to reach their full potential.
African Descent Network (ADN)
African Descent Network (ADN) is dedicated to making Andersen an employer of choice for Black professionals and allies. ADN members are focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent, and are committed to representing the Andersen brand through community engagement, volunteerism, and philanthropy.
Asian Cultures Together (ACT)
ACT exists as a resource for Andersen to build a more inclusive environment where Asian employees feel supported, celebrated and elevated to reach their true potential. When we value Asian Cultures Together (ACT), we recognize the diverse perspectives and cultures that the Asian community contributes to the success of Andersen.
LatinX Community
The LATINX Community at Andersen ERN exists to create an inclusive and welcoming network within Andersen Enterprise that celebrates Latin cultures, addressing challenges within the Latin community, and encouraging professional development. We have chosen the name LATINX as an act of solidarity. The 'x' signifies inclusivity and openness for all people of Latin origin or descent. We support and encourage everyone who identifies as Latino, Latina, Hispanic, Chicano, Mexican American etc.
Military Connections
Military Connections support and connect current and past members of the active Military, Guard and Reserve and their families, within the Andersen Enterprise and our surrounding communities.
PRIDE+
PRIDE+ supports a fully equitable community at Andersen for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendder, questioning, queer, intersex, asexual (LGBTQIA+) people and allies.
STEM
The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) employee resource network builds a community of support within STEM disciplines at Andersen Windows and in our Community. The STEM ERN supporters and members come from diverse backgrounds and a technical skill set is not necessary.
Women Leaders of Andersen (WLA)
The Women Leaders of Andersen purpose is to empower, support and inspire women in their careers and lives.
Andersen Young Professionals Network( (AYPN)
We support the education, engagement, and connection of emerging Andersen employees through career development, mentoring, cross-functional networking, and learning opportunities. AYPN offers support, guidance and advice to all employees. The group is especially oriented to people who are early in their careers and are interested in developing and improving upon their skills. AYPN helps to build skills through mentoring, events, networking and learning opportunities. It is open to anyone who designates themselves as a young professional or finds the objectives to fit their needs.
This journey is not ours alone, which is why we’re also committed to amplifying and supporting diversity in our communities around the country. This includes actively engaging in community events and also being part of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ initiative, Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index and Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity.
